We booked our last holiday via Kirsty. We had never used an agent before - always choosing to book direct - but she was able to describe what a 'locked-in' rate really meant and the limitations that could bring.

We also found she could offer a more favourable deal than that of booking direct.

We used Kirsty at Hello world recently to help book our honeymoon and all I can say is…WOW!

Kirsty has been so helpful from start to finish, helping us choose the best destination (we went through a few) to helping us decide on rooms, dates and just the little details and let me tell you she helped us choose an incredible place! The hotel even added some honeymoon extras to make us feel extra special after speaking with Kirsty!

Unfortunately, we had to travel a day later due to a family emergency but Kirsty was there for us until early hours, trying to help us get things sorted and reorganised so that we could still go. She helped us book new flights and contacted the hotel, transfers and any other people she needed to ensure things were in order! She put herself out more than she needed too and has been so patient with us. (Me)

Kirsty was great at telling us all about the ship, answering our cruise questions and helping us choose the type of cabin with best locations - and packages, restaurants etc.

She had so much knowledge of the ship and how it all works and it was all done with a smile.
